We want you to be fully satisfied with your Topo Athletic purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in new, unworn condition. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your trail or road run, we've made the exchange and return process seamless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Refund or Exchange

  Select whether you would like a full refund to your original payment method or a direct exchange for a different size or color.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then secure your unworn shoes in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated shipping carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
